UNTO THE LAMB, LLC DBA, THE A. CONSULTING 

Marketing Services Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Enrollment”)

Effective date: October 2025

 

To fully experience and gain the most benefit from our programs, you agree:

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, Unto the Lamb, LLC dba The A. Consulting (hereafter referred to as “The A. Consulting”) may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:

• You become disruptive or difficult to work with;
• You fail to follow the program guidelines; or,
• You impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our program(s).

 

Offer and payment terms:

• The program is a 90 day coaching experience that provides weekly coaching calls one-to-one, onboarding and off boarding, and in between chat support.
• The fee for this program has the following options: payment plan of $3,333 per month for 3 months ($9,999 total) or $8,600 if paid up-front in a one time payment.
• You agree that no pauses or suspensions will be made once this agreement is signed. If you determine that you would not like to be in the program anymore for any reason, no pauses or cancellations will be made to payments. Pauses and suspensions are at the sole discretion of the Company.

 

Session Scheduling and Rescheduling: 

• Sessions are conducted weekly, with 4 sessions planned each month. 
• All sessions must be used within the month they are scheduled and do not roll over. 
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be forfeited. 
• Missed sessions without notice are forfeited and non-refundable. 
• You may reschedule up to 3 sessions during the program with 24 hours notice.

 

Our Guarantee:

The client is guaranteed to get your program fee investment (mentioned in Offer and Payment Terms) back before the end of the 90 day program duration. If not, The A. Consulting will continue to work with the client until they do (for a maximum of an additional 2 months).

 

Guarantee conditions:

If the client fails to do the work prescribed by the program or does not participate in the program support, they will be disqualified from the Guarantee. This includes the following:

• Client must attend 10 of 12 coaching sessions
• Complete homework/assignments
• Provide proof of implementation

Company reserves the right to request proof that you’ve done what is prescribed above. In the event that the guarantee becomes activated, the client must be willing to show proof.

 

Additional conditions:

If the guarantee is triggered, the client will continue to work with company for a maximum of 3 additional months or until the program fee investment is achieved. During this time period, the client agrees to continue to meet the following conditions. If the client fails to do so, they will be removed from the program and disqualified from the guarantee.

• Client must attend their weekly 1:1 call every week
• Client must implement that coach’s instructions

 

Earnings Disclaimer:

We do not guarantee any income or financial results. Any financial figures or success stories we share are for example only and should not be relied on. Your results will vary based on your actions, consistency, and external factors. You accept full responsibility for your outcomes.

 

Privacy and Confidentiality:

All information shared during coaching is private. You agree not to share, copy, or use any materials or discussions from this program outside of your personal use. Any tools, resources, or frameworks provided by The A. Consulting are confidential and may not be distributed or repurposed without written permission. 

You also agree not to disclose any personal or business information shared by The A. Consulting  during sessions, and The A. Consulting agrees to treat your information with the same level of confidentiality.

 

Right to Use Name and Likeness:

You give permission for your name, image, voice, and testimonial to be used by The A. Consulting for marketing, education, or promotional purposes in any format (including video calls and recordings), without limitation on time or location. You waive any right to payment or royalties for this use, and you understand that all rights to these materials belong to The A. Consulting.

 

Limited Liability: 

The amount of liability recoverable for any cause of action that arises under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for services outlined in this agreement, regardless of whether the cause of action is based in tort, contract or any other theory of liability. Under no circumstances will the company be liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any loss of use, business interruption, costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, lost profits, or lost data, even if the client has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Indemnification:

To the fullest extent of the law, the Client shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company, its officers, employees, agents, representatives, consultants, and contractors from and against any and all loss, costs, penalties, fines, damages, claims, expenses (including attorney’s fees) or liabilities arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with the services contemplated by this Agreement.

 

Terms of Sale:

By proceeding with this transaction, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that all payments made towards the program are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. You further agree to irrevocably waive any right to initiate a chargeback or dispute through your credit card company or any other payment provider regarding this purchase. This agreement is made in full recognition and acceptance of the non-refundable nature of your payment, constituting a binding legal commitment to these terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Idaho.
